Our family story
Established in 1982, by Michael & Sylvia Dunsmoir Kirkland Carpets & Bed Centre has been a cornerstone of the Cleator Moor community for over four decades. As a family-run business, we understand the importance of quality, trust, and personalised service. We're dedicated to helping you create a comfortable and beautiful home. Kirkland Carpets & Bed Centre is now run by Michael & Sylvia's two sons Alistair and Andrew along with Andrew's wife Jacky and Alistair's youngest son Adam.
Michael and Sylvia we're all about giving something back into the community, Michael was always helping with all kinds of sponsorship from Speedway, Football Clubs, Rugby and players. He also advertised where ever he thought was a good idea not just on a bill board but on a stagecoach bus. This has carried on in Alistair and Andrew the values of helping others.
